Ahmed AlJelwah is the Director of Corporate Maintenance Services Department in Saudi Aramco, and the Vice Chairman of Saudi Aramco’s Maintenance Council. He is also the Chairman of the Global Forum on Maintenance & Asset Management (GFMAM), and the Gulf Society for Maintenance & Reliability (GSMR).Within Saudi Aramco, Ahmed leads the company’s maintenance, reliability, and asset management governance. In addition to having oversight of the overall company’s maintenance and reliability performance, his role spans from establishing and driving Saudi Aramco’s corporate policies in this area, acting as the proponent of asset management systems and technologies, and the proponent of the company’s maintenance services contracts.
For over a decade, Ahmed has driven numerous company maintenance transformational projects, such as the award-winning Total Plant Reliability Management Program, the CEO’s Maintenance & Reliability Excellence Award, and the company’s maintenance and reliability digitization strategy, all of which have contributed to positioning Aramco as a leading company in this field.
Throughout his career, Ahmed assumed a number of roles in the maintenance and reliability domain within the company, mostly in Upstream, Industrial Services, and Community Services. He is enthusiastic about the economics of maintenance and asset management, and about implementing gamification concepts within maintenance management.
Ahmed holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering with Management from the University of Edinburgh, a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Southern California, and a Graduate Diploma of Law from BPP University. Ahmed has attended a number of management and leadership programs, including the Harvard Business School Young Leaders Program, the London Business School Strategy and Finance Program, the Wharton Advanced Leadership Simulation Program, and Stanford University’s Program for Leadership Readiness of Directors.

Mahmood Mirza is a senior engineering and asset management executive with more than 38 years of experience in maintenance, reliability, engineering, asset integrity, and operational leadership, primarily within the oil and gas sector. During his three-decade career at Bapco Refining, he held several senior leadership positions, including General Manager of Maintenance and General Manager of Engineering, overseeing critical assets, major maintenance programmes, engineering operations, and multidisciplinary teams across the hydrocarbon value chain.He currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Gulf Society for Maintenance and Reliability (GSMR) and represents the Society within the Global Forum for Maintenance and Asset Management (GFMAM). As one of GSMR’s subject matter experts, he works closely with the Society’s leadership and certification team on management system requirements, governance, and compliance relating to its personnel certification activities. He was also among the key contributors supporting GSMR’s MARC certification programme and its accreditation against ISO/IEC 17024:2012.
Mahmood is an independent adviser to the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Oil Spill Response Limited in the United Kingdom, having previously served as a Non-Executive Board Director for seven years. He holds an MBA with Honours from the University of Bahrain and a BSc with Honours in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic of Wales. His executive development includes programmes delivered by London Business School, the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, and Chevron.

Fatma Alkaabi is an accomplished supply chain and logistics leader with over 14 years of experience in the oil and energy sector. She currently serves as Manager - Inbound Logistics at OQ, leading strategic logistics and supply chain initiatives across polymer operations.Beyond her corporate role, Fatma serves as a Board Member of the Gulf Society for Maintenance & Reliability (GSMR) and Chairwoman of Women in Industry and Asset Management (WIAM), actively championing women’s advancement in technical and leadership fields. Within OQ, she also serves as Growth Workstream Leader within the LAHA Committee, contributing to initiatives focused on women’s professional growth and development.
Her wider industry engagement includes membership in the Leadership Excellence for Women Awards (LEWAS), Als member in Women Engineers Committee of the Oman Society of Engineers, and the Businesswomen and Trade & Retail Committees of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry. She was also selected as a mentor for the Tamkeen Program through British Embassy, supporting the development and growth of emerging women leaders.

Nader Milibari is a strategic leader with over 25 years of experience in Maintenance, Reliability & Asset Management (MR&AM) across oil & gas, aviation, and other industries. As CEO of Alvest Arabia Equipment Services - a Saudi-French joint venture and part of the global AES network - he built and scaled the leading Ground Support Equipment (GSE) services operation in Saudi Arabia across all 28 airports and serving the Kingdom's growing aviation sector.Nader has led transformational initiatives in both O&G and aviation, including the first ISO 55000 certification at Saudi Aramco, GSE Maintenance Forum, and active collaboration with IATA, GACA, and GSE stakeholders globally to advance asset management standards in the aviation sector.
As Board Member of GSMR and WPiAM and Executive Committee Member at Alvest Group, he has been instrumental in developing the GSMR Body of Knowledge, MARC certification, GSMR Global Certification Scheme, and GSE AM Framework - contributing to the advancement of MR&AM practice at a regional and global scale.

Mahmood has more than 20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas field and enjoys creating environments that turn problems into opportunities utilizing his leadership, technical and project management skills and capabilities that allow organizations to reach their highest productivity and performance levels. Bader A. Aljazzaf is Advisor to the Deputy CEO for Projects at Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC), where he serves as part of the company's Top Management. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Old Dominion University and has more than 27 years of experience in maintenance, reliability, engineering, project management, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).During his career at KNPC and KIPIC, Bader has improved operational efficiency and safety performance by reducing asset failures, unplanned shutdowns, and HSE incidents. He led KIPIC's Reliability Team and established the foundational practices that continue to support its asset performance. He then served as Manager of HSE at KIPIC, where he strengthened safety protocols and environmental management. He followed this with a one-year assignment as Manager of Major Projects, leading the delivery of KIPIC's key capital projects.
In his current role, Bader also supports Kuwait Aviation Fuelling Company (KAFCO) on several strategic assignments, including its upcoming merger with KNPC. As a GSMR Board Member, he is committed to advancing maintenance, reliability, and asset management excellence across the Gulf region.

Fadhel Al Hashem is an experienced executive and engineering leader with more than 26 years of experience in the energy, oil and gas, and industrial sectors across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. His expertise includes rotating and static equipment, manufacturing, aftermarket services, business development, localization, and strategic growth.He currently serves as Vice President – Strategic Accounts at TESCO Engineering, supporting strategic initiatives, technology development, R&D, partnerships, and the advancement of Saudi manufacturing capabilities.
His previous experience includes roles with Saudi Aramco, Flowserve, and Siemens-Dresser-Rand. At Flowserve, he held senior leadership positions, including Director and General Manager for Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. Throughout his career, he has gained broad GCC exposure through engagement with major operators, industrial customers, partners, and stakeholders across the region.
Fadhel has also been actively involved with MAINTCON and its Board of Directors for more than 10 years, contributing to the advancement of maintenance, reliability, and asset management practices across the GCC.
