Appeal Procedure
At GSMR, we are committed to fairness, transparency, and due process in all certification decisions. Candidates have the right to appeal decisions related to their certification outcome when they believe an error or misjudgment has occurred.
Who May Appeal?
Any individual who has applied for, participated in, or completed the GSMR certification process and disagrees with a decision made by the Certification Authority may submit an appeal.
